1T 22½” waist, 6½” shoulder to waist, 19” length (shoulder to skirt bottom)
2T 23” waist, 7” shoulder to waist, 21” length (shoulder to skirt bottom)
3T 23½” waist, 7½” shoulder to waist, 23” length (shoulder to skirt bottom)

Euro:
